Scheduled a 9AM appointment 2 days out; they had called the next day and confirmed my appointment, and today I was in and out for my in-shop appt in 1.5hrs for a windshield replacement. I believe my tech was Michael and he did great in assisting me today. He also let me know my windshield had been replaced before & warned me before service that there could potentially be rust underneath the reseal (21 year old car) that could prevent them from being able to seal a windshield again without rust removal body work first. Thankfully that wasn't the case!

Staff was fairly friendly. bathroom was out of order but they let us use the one in the shop. Did not put my trim on my window back correctly ao now i have to drive 2.5 hours again so they can fix it and I can't get hold of anyone there. google maps says they are open but they are not. the first two pics show the gap they left in the trim to the frame on the passenger side. the driver side is done properly

Damion from Austin, south location came to our home to replace our vehicle back window and was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The window looks better than when I first bought the car, lol. The only complaint I have is price, but the fact he was mobile and came to us, was a huge plus. We will definitely use Safelite again.

Poor customer service with inadequate tools to fix your vehicle. I brought my vehicle to this location for a windshield replacement, which included a camera recalibration. 24hrs after service, the camera recalibration failed, resulting in vehicle safety features being unusable. I then brought the vehicle back for service, where I noticed a defect in the camera sensor (air bubble). The air bubble was fixed and the camera was recalibrated on-site. Again, 24hrs after service the recalibration failed. I've attempted to contact the district manager via Safelite customer care 3X over the past 2-weeks to rectify the issue. However, the district manager refuses to respond to either phone calls or emails. I'd avoid this shop at all costs.

Worst customer service and negligence of details with service. Upon my vehicle being repaired I noticed first my windshield sprayers not working. After research as I have knowledge on fixing cars, I found they forgot to connect the power to the sprayer and attach the hose back. I also noticed my windshield whippers covers were removed so I called them about it and they said they would have to replace them to keep under warranty. They order the wrong part from BMW and when I arrive for installation the Lead Mechanic, Justin, was overly rude and argued with me about my car saying they never removed the whipper blades at all. Then proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. As a business owner I’m utterly disgusted with this customer service. Number one they perform unsatisfactory work, but number two they’ll take parts of your car and then call you a liar about it. Highly suggest you go to another location or better yet a better company.

Timely. Friendly. But turned a half-sized dime chip into a full-blown replacement. Yes, I signed the waiver. Happy holidays to me! (Edit to respond to response...the cost to repair was covered entirely by insurance who paid you over 100 bucks and is, because of shabby work, now costing me a 500 deductible) and I am fully aware of my insurance coverage and do not appreciate the 2nd attempt today to educate me.
